Casual Interview
One of our management team will meet with you, most likely at our office, for a super chill interview which will mostly ensure that you are the right fit for our team, and also we take note of your availability – this is a good time to ensure that you have a WA White Card “Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry” accredited course, and own a pair of steel-toed boots or equivalent
Trial Shift
If you are successful in the interview, you will progress to the next stage where you will be given a trial shift or 2 to attend at the relevant award pay rate. After these shifts, we will call your team leader and discuss with them how you performed, this will help us decide on our offer.
Offer
After your trial shifts are successful you will be invited to attend the office again where you will receive your employment contract and we will decide what your base pay rate will be in accordance with your certified skills and experience. Congratulations and welcome to the team!
